Position Overview
Seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-facing enterprise IT services. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of digital services engineers and administrators.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Service Delivery Management
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and operational management of enterprise IT services.
• Ensure service levels meet or exceed metrics and KPIs, promptly addressing deviations.
Strategic Planning and Execution
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery and enhance efficiency.
• Align digital services with business objectives and technological advancements.
Technical Expertise and Solution Design
• Provide technical leadership for IT services, including:
o Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
o Desktop imaging and patching procedures.
o SharePoint solutions, web services, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Customer Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary contact for customer engagements.
• Address feedback, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Budget and Resource Management
• Manage budgets, plan costs, and control expenditures.
• Optimize resource allocation for operational efficiency and service excellence.

Required Qualifications:
• Education & Experience:
o High School Diploma or GED and 25+ years of relevant experience; OR
o Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Systems Management, IT/Computer Science, or a related field and 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong technical background in enterprise IT services.
o Expertise in VDI, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and related services.
• Certifications:
o DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
• Clearance:
o Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Other:
o Proven experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and project management.
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Qualifications:
• Knowledge of ITIL V3 best practices.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Special Requirements:
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification is mandatory to meet DoD 8570 IA requirements.
