Security Clearance:

Salary Range - $130,000 - 150,000 annually

Job Summary:

At 4S, a leader in science, technology and emergency response solutions, we are seeking a Nuclear Technologies Program Manager to manage and spearhead growth initiatives. We seek someone who has a deep background in nuclear sensor technology, unmanned aerial system operations, and technical training across various high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee the execution of nuclear technology projects and emergency response operations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and efficacy
* Evaluate and enhance operational protocols and technologies to optimize efficiency in nuclear sensor deployment and emergency response scenarios, ensuring robust readiness and adaptive strategies to meet evolving market and regulatory landscapes
* Leverage extensive technical expertise to build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, defense contractors, and private sector clients.
* Design and implement strategies that utilize the company's strengths in nuclear response operations and sensor technology to secure new contracts and partnerships.
* Collaborate with R&D and operational teams to align business development strategies with technical capabilities and innovations.
* Manage proposal development processes, integrating scientific expertise with market demands to craft compelling bid documents.
* Conduct high-level presentations and negotiations that reflect the company's technical acumen and strategic vision.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that could impact the company's business strategies.
* Represent the company at national and international conferences, workshops, and other events, promoting our cutting-edge solutions and establishing thought leadership.
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in Nuclear Engineering, Radiological Sciences, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in a technical role with substantial business development responsibilities in the nuclear industry or related fields.
* Demonstrated success in developing business strategies and securing complex technical contracts.
* Strong technical foundation in sensor technologies, radiological emergency response, and unmanned aerial systems.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders in government and industry.
* Familiarity with military and government contracting environments, including compliance with federal acquisition regulations.

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and the location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required. Possible lifting up to 50 lbs.
