Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance of all range systems, equipment, facilities, targets, target areas and other range areas in order to maximize their availability to meet Fleet training requirements.
- Establishes and administers the overall strategies and procedures for the Asset and Target Area Maintenance Program.
- Develops budgets/policies/procedures to support range training assets and ensures projects/milestones/goals are met.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of training asset maintenance experience with DoD efforts
- Three (3) years of managerial experience with DoD efforts
- Experience managing dispersed workforce in support of DoD training asset maintenance requirements
- Familiarity with ISO 9000:2015
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance. US citizenship required to obtain US government clearance.
Desired:
- Bachelor degree in STEM and/or management field
