WorldWide Language Resources (WorldWide) is currently pursuing several linguist contracts that will require a Task Order Program Manager (TOPM). The TOPM will be the Primary Point-of-Contact and authorized to act on all matters relating to the Task Order (TO).
WorldWide was established in 1995 to provide U.S. and allied governments, corporations, non-profits and non-governmental organizations with highly skilled linguists, cultural experts, role players, intelligence analysts and other professionals. Managment level typing ability, computer skills, use of Windows, MS Word and MS Excel.
Conduct oneself in accordance with the local culture and customs.
Ability to function effectively and efficiently during extended periods of high pressure and stress.
Accountable for all aspects of the task order execution and manages the hands-on, day-to-day execution of TO-related operational activities.
Responsible for TO PMO operations and resourcing of all TO requirements, including linguist staffing and Government Furnished Equipment accountability.
Responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements of the TO
Ensures that management processes and business systems facilitate meeting performance requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business related Field
Experience: 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience.
Experience: 20-year military career (intelligence preferred).
Skills: Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
