Program Overview
About The Role
Requirements Development/Management.
• Develop and maintain a standard process for collecting, developing, and managing the Global Enterprise Fabric-NIPR (GEF-N) and GEF-SIPR (S) requirements on classified and unclassified environments for NETCOM Government approval.
• Provide provisions for validating, prioritizing, and delivering requirements for execution and publishing processes through the development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and portal announcements.
• Provide top-level direct support with the development of documents for current and planned capabilities, including application development in SharePoint activities on all NETCOM managed DoDIN-A environments and review internally developed requirements documents and provide the findings to the Government.

Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD
- DoD Secret clearance is required for this role
- Certifications: VMware Certified Advanced Professional AND MCSE: Core Infrastructure (still acceptable) (current MS-offered equivalent is acceptable); DCWF Code 451 Advanced: Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security or CompTIA SecurityX (formerly CASP+) or Federal IT Security Professional-Operator-NG (FITSP-O) or GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT) or GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
