JOB OVERVIEW: Exercise Analyst 1 supporting Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) War Fighter Exercises at the Division level
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Responsible for coordinating with the Army on all Intelligence Warfighting Function issues. As such interfaces with the Army customer for analysis of the battlefield events. Directly monitors all operational aspect of the WARSIM simulation to include potential relationship with the other WfF, analyzes key battlefield events from the combined arms maneuver perspective and prepares multi-media products to be used in the After Action Review process. Must have knowledge of all aspects of Army tactical doctrine division and below with a special emphasis on sustainment operations within Divisions and subordinate brigades (Heavy, Stryker, Light Infantry, Air Assault, Aviation, Fires, Engineer, Military Police, Maneuver Enhancement, and Sustainment brigades).
Exercise Analyst for an Operations Group (Bravo) of the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). Is directly responsible to the Senior Analyst to develop products to support the customer in delivering feedback to training divisions. Directly monitors all operational aspect of the WARSIM simulation to include potential relationship with the other WfF, analyzes key battlefield events from the combined arms maneuver perspective and prepares multi-media products to be used in the After Action Review process. Must have knowledge of all aspects of Army tactical doctrine division and below with a special emphasis on brigade and below (Heavy, Stryker, Light Infantry, Air Assault, Aviation, Fires, Engineer, Military Police, Maneuver Enhancement, and Sustainment brigades).

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Military Educational Level (MEL) 4 graduate. Previous service in 35D coded positions in the military. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a Secret Level Security Clearance for access to classified information. Must be able to obtain a passport and be able to travel both OCONUS and CONUS on up to 5 Warfighter Exercises per FY and all associated planning and coordination meetings. Must have expertise on all Microsoft office products.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience at a Combat Training Center or MCTP as a planner, Observer/ Controller, or providing simulation support. Previous experience as a primary staff officer at the Brigade or higher echelon headquarters.
