Job Description
You will have the opportunity to design, develop, document, test, and debug software written in JAVA, C++ and Python; ensure that the developed software is effective and takes into consideration performance and security implications, and work in a Agile environment. We utilize a wide variety of DevOps technologies including Atlassian suite of tools (Bamboo, Jira, Bitbucket), Fortify, Ansible, and many more.
Contract Duration: 12-months
Work Environment:
Working out of a SCIF in Redondo Beach, California, 90278 for the prime integrator on the program.

• Experience in software development deliverables and processes
• Experience with Satellite Ground systems
• Experience with Agile development and continuous integration and test
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements, streamline activities, and develop efficiencies
• Previous in depth domain knowledge of program software design and code preferred
• Proficiency with DevOps technologies including Jenkins, Fortify, Ansible, Atlassian suite
Program Overview:
The COAST program is an operation and maintenance program, maintaining large, complex systems spanning multiple product lines in support of US national security. While COAST’s core work is to maintain existing mission operations and resolve complex anomalies, we do develop new capabilities as they are required by the customer instead of sending the products back to the development team(s). The core work involves analyzing the system and codebase to understand the products and their interactions with our system, figuring out which code in the software baseline needs enhancements or bug fixes, programming the fixes, testing the fixes to ensure they resolve the anomaly without creating a new one, and then pushing the code back into mission operations.
Clearance Level: Top-Secret/SCI
· This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
· Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required
