What you will be doing:
- Perform identification badging for the tenants and contractors accessing Federal Buildings.
- Provide a roster by tenant and/or contractor of all badge holders.
- Provide reports to reflect current and expired background checks.
- Ensure the Badging Room remains secure with the locking of the computers.
- Meet with the COR (during normal enrollment hours) once a month to go over reports, emergency codes, access levels, and any updates to the system.
- Grant and revoke garage access to authorized personnel.
- Update and manage access permissions on employee badges.
- Collect parking fees from employees.
- Process payments accurately and provide receipts.
- Provide directions and information about facility policies.
- Address and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
- Monitor the condition of the parking facility and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Add or remove signs upon request.

Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills :
- Shall be certified by the Physical Access System (PAC). Familiar with the identification of badging software and all applications that are currently installed.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
