Targeter

Orbis is seeking experienced Targeters/Staff Operations Officers (SOOs) to work in a high energy environment applying expertise in operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management. Individuals must be able to multi-task and to work under pressure effectively. This project features the opportunity to interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, including those at senior levels. Cable writing and briefing skills are a must. This is an exciting opportunity for an intellectually curious, energetic, data-savvy Targeter/SOO to work on a project with real impact helping our client and supporting our customers mission. Key Responsibilities

• Previous work experience as a Targeting Officer or Staff Operations Officer.
• Ability to work independently to drive operations to include producing leads and supporting operations.
• Extensive history of driving and supporting operations to include experience in operational program management.
• A firm grasp of targeting tradecraft and extensive experience using a range of targeting resources and current tools to drive operations and produce leads.
• Mastery of conducting operational research/traces using tradecraft tools and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to change focus quickly and concurrently handle multiple tasks as priorities change, often under tight deadlines.
• Excellent briefing, communication, writing, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively provide guidance and support to operations.
• Ability to properly document operational information in cable traffic.
• Experience in operating in TS/SCI, Secret, and Unclassified environments.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience with or knowledge of Eastern European culture.
• Eastern European language ability (all levels).
• Experience with technical targeting tools and/or operations.
• Experience guiding liaison operational programs and platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• 10+ years strategic-level support to managing and scaling operations.
• 10+ years experience in digital media operations (virtual ops).
• Advanced social science analytics for content creation/audience alignment.
• Familiarity with advanced online investigations for national security (Such as Black Hat/Bellingcat).
• Willingness and availability to deploy OCONUS
