ORBIS is seeking experienced Strategic Cyber Targeting Advisor to join our growing company as part of a large, customer-run program in specialized mission-focused offices. The Strategic Advisor will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to the process that shapes government policy and impactful operations. The Strategic Advisor will ensure that their operations are data driven and can provide measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Conduct all-Source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, and report editing
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Project planning to include: operational concept development, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of an operation.
  • Preparation and presentation of written and oral briefings to all levels of customer management
  • Potential for TDY travel
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education and Experience
  • A Bachelors degree is required or 5 years additional years of relevant operational experience for this position.
  • Minimum of 4 years' relevant operational experience within the sponsor's organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community
Required Skills/Abilities
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Requires an active TS/SCI w/ Poly
  • High degree of personal integrity
  • Experience supporting or leading Cyber Missions
  • Ability to simultaneously manipulate multiple sets of data to derive inputs for deep dive packages
  • Proficiency with software, databases, and tools used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
  • Familiarity with the customers report writing standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills/Abilities
  • Relevant Customer Certifications
  • Technical expertise in computer and network operating systems
  • Familiarity with various Intelligence Community partners and their operations


Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
  • Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region.
  • Some domestic and foreign travel possible
