• Transportation program and database management with a holistic perspective; managing the program’s database systems (JOPES, ICODES, A2I, C2IE, JTIMS, SharePoint) and assisting with the exercise program’s budget analysis.
• Deployment and Redeployment planning and analysis, product development, database management, budget analysis, logistical support
• SIPR and NIPR products for the Commander, manage the annual Task Forces employment calendar, respond to taskers, assist planners with exercise requirements, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Assistance with the development and maintenance of Transportation SOP, the FY Transportation program Instruction review, and database management
• Strong writing skills enabling preparation of Flag-level briefs, white papers, and other documentation related to Transportation.
• Support JELC events and understand transportation implications and background related to maritime operations and the operational levels of war (OLW).
• Experience and expertise in developing Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD), Transportation Modes and Sources limitations, and the design development for service, joint, and coalition transportation activities.
• Technical and tactical subject matter expertise to support government and contractors in Transportation initiatives.
• Coordinate with transportation participants, stakeholders, allies, and partners.
• Movement planning, design, execution, data collection, and analysis.
• Provide general support for all transportation administrative requirements for planning, executing, and analyzing transportation events.
• Development of TPFDD overview briefings and final expense reports.
• Recommended doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) supporting Transportation efforts to subordinate activities and commands.
