Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. At least 3 years of collective experience with CSPT, NERP, DAR-Q, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of the PPBE process and budget cycles.
Desired Experience: Though work experience substitution is acceptable a Bachelor’s degree is desired. Experience with APN appropriation of funds.
