Senior Database Administrator - SECRET

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Senior Database Administrator to join an essential, long-term federal program based in Annapolis Junction, MD on a HYBRID basis (1 day per week onsite). This position requires an active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Database Administrator:

• Responsible for database administration for development, test, and production environments.
• Focused on 24x7 operations, high transaction volume, and demanding response time requirements.

Qualifications of the Senior Database Administrator:

• 8+ years' experience with Database Administration (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, MySQL, PostgresSQL, other).
• Experience with large-scale data migration.
• Experience with database platform migration.
• Active Secret Level Security Clearance Required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Compensation for the Senior Database Administrator:

• Salary: $155,000-165,000/year (flexible depending on experience).
