Responsibilities
- Researches and drafts cybersecurity policies, coordinating and consolidating common control artifacts, and responding to classified information spillages and incident response needs.
- Supports the Cybersecurity Workforce program management and Information System Security Management tasks, such as SIPR removable media waivers, website unblocking, and account unlocking.
- Handles daily monitoring and processing of Information Assurance ticket requests, manage SIPR token replacements and PIN resets, and assist in preparing for audits.
- Ensures compliance with DoD Registration Practice Statement (RPS) and perform duties as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM), investigating network violations and managing classified data destruction.
- Supports RMF efforts in Authority to Connect (ATC) and Authority to Operate (ATO).
- Provides monthly status reports detailing task accomplishments, outstanding issues requiring government action, and ongoing project statuses to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)-appointed Technical Assistant (TA).
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- IAW DoDM 8410.03, must meet intermediate proficiency level.
- Must possess ONE of the following 8570 IAM-II certifications:
- CAP (Certified Authorization Professional).
- CASP+ CE.
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
- CISSP (or Associate).
- GSLC (GIAC Security Leadership Certification).
- CCISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer).
- HCISPP (Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner).
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
- Must have at least 3 years' experience with managing, developing, or preparing Risk Management Framework (RMF) the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of systems within the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Must have experience with automated Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and A&A toolsets (e.g. Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Customer service, time management skills technical writing.

- Project management experience is desired.
