The Parking Service Lead will manage parking services on a customer site and will work a flexible schedule providing coverage to ensure oversight throughout shift operations. Availability for occasional weekend hours is required.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example and enforce compliance with work standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support security requirements and act as Site Supervisor when needed.
- Serve as the on-site managerial authority, making real-time operational and performance decisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for callouts and site-specific questions.
- Build effective relationships and communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Take ownership of performance and assist team members in achieving organizational success.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Mentor and train team members to meet or exceed program standards.
- Manage attendance, timesheets, and clock-in/clock-out processes for assigned personnel.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Enforce workplace security policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
- Conduct clear and concise briefings on operational matters.
- Uphold customer satisfaction with a proactive, positive approach.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational quality and innovation.
- Make sound real-time decisions and provide clear guidance.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Outdoor work environment, often in adverse weather (heat, cold, wind, snow, or rain).
- Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking on various surfaces (gravel, paved areas).
- Physically demanding, with frequent movement to ensure safety for pedestrians and drivers.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience in parking management, valet, or similar roles.
- Capability to walk and stand for up to 8+ hours per day.
- Visual acuity to monitor activities at moderate distances.
- Completion of DCJS training within 90 days of hire.
- Strong customer service, oral, and written communication skills.
- Scheduling or employee resource coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based tools.
- Minimum 6 months of security experience for individuals or facilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience
- Managing off-site locations.
- Supervising teams or individuals.
