Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our company's mission to life. You are primarily responsible for and must have demonstrated experience with or in:
  • Analyzing existing systems and identifying necessary corrective actions and improvements.
  • Building, maintaining and troubleshooting gold image hard drives.
  • Coordinating and performing security testing.
  • Creating network topology diagrams.
  • Designing, configuring and troubleshooting Routing and Switching systems (Cisco expertise required).
  • Implementing L2 and L3 VPN across an MPLS network.
  • Installing, maintaining, and configuring Aspera Enterprise Server and Aspera P2P.
  • Performing configuration and management of automation solutions
  • Performing configuration and management of Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) and vRealize Suite.
  • Performing configuration and management of virtual networks and servers and virtual workstations.
  • Performing configuration and management of VMware vCenter and VMware NSX-T.
  • Performing Hypervisor deployments.
  • Using forensic software including Cellebrite, XRY, WinHex, FTK, and Autopsy.
  • Gateway Redundancy Protocols to include HSRP and VRRP.
  • Network IP address management.
  • Network security such as firewalls and ACLs.
  • Routing Protocols to include OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
  • Vulnerability scanning tools.
  • Working in Local Area Network (LAN) environments and Wide Area Network (WAN) environments.
  • Working with TCP IP protocol suite, IP subnets and masking, and routing protocols.
  • Hands on experience engineering the design, build, and
    configuration of Linux servers and virtual infrastructure.
  • Hands on experience performing administration, troubleshooting, patching, and support of Linux servers and virtual infrastructure.
  • Hands on experience performing engineering, implementation, and troubleshooting of VMWare virtualization infrastructure.
  • Hands on experience performing risk analysis for proposed IT infrastructure changes.
  • Hands on experience performing system monitoring and analysis, including root cause analysis of system faults and outages.
  • Working with vendors on system troubleshooting.


Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include demonstrated experience with or in:
  • Explaining protocols, technical procedures and processes clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Software Defined Networking technologies, such as Cisco ACI and VMware NSX-T.
  • Load balancing technologies, such as F5 BIG-IP and Citrix Netscaler.
