Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA-3) to serve as an XKS Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the mission space. In this role, you will craft XKS fingerprints and microplugins, advancing XKS tradecraft within an already proficient workforce. Proficiency in GENESIS, Python, Jupyter notebooks, and C++ is highly desired. Your focus will be on networks and data, with some persona work, requiring experience in related missions. As a self-starter, you will be comfortable instructing and mentoring others, contributing to the development of unique accesses that support customer needs.
The Level 3 Target Digital Network Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:
  • Highly proficient in crafting XKS fingerprints and microplugins.
  • Proficient with GENESIS, Python, and JUPYTER notebooks.
  • Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting
  • Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniques
  • Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis|
  • Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts
  • Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant databases and tools for targeting and analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysis
  • C++ is highly desired
  • Comfortable in an instruction and mentoring role
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
  • An Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience
  • A Master's Degree with 6 years or experience
  • A PhD with 4 years of experience
  • A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
