Powder River is seeking a Senior Computer User Support Specialist in the Philadelphia, PA area to help support our customer base. A successful candidate will provide end-user support for PC and server applications as well as end user hardware. The candidate may interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. Support responsibilities include software installation and configurations. Job duties require the technician to install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals, configure operating system, load shrink-wrap programs and other application software programs.

Requirements:
- Contribute to schedule development as requested
- Contribute to metric collection as requested
- Contribute to process development within the functional area and where the functional area connects to other operational processes
Qualifications:
- Strong collaboration and teaming skills
- High school education and 2+ years of IT technical support experience
Nice to have skills:
- DoD IT Helpdesk experience
- VIP support experience
- Cisco Video Teleconference (VTC) experience
- Microsoft Office 365 apps experience
- ServiceNow ticketing experience
- Practical knowledge of Agile and ITIL frameworks
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Interim Secret clearance to start; active Secret clearance preferred
- Current DoD 8570 IAT I (e.g. A+ certification or higher) required to start
- Demonstrated technical skills
