Envisioneering, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Journeyman Engineer to support the Multispectral Camouflage Management (MCM) program at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with strong communications and problem-solving skills to work as part of a government/contractor team. DoD Secret clearance required. This position is performed on-site.

MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : A Bachelor's technical engineering, science, or math degree. Electrical Engineering preferred.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
- Provide support to the MCM program at NSWCDD.
- Perform basic image processing, modeling and simulation and data analysis.
- Perform data collection using electro-optic and infrared sensors.
- Provide image processing and data analyses in support of program data products.
- Generate technical reports.
- Perform Modeling and Simulation using Night Vision Integrated Performance Model (NV-IPM). Prior experience with NV-IPM is not required but desired.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance*.
- 4-9 years of engineering experience.
- Experience with electro-optical and infrared sensors, optics, basic image processing, modeling and simulation, data analysis, and technical report writing.
- Familiarity with Python/MATLAB is desired.
