Responsibilities:
Perform complex production assembly tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies, such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Read and interpret schematics and drawings, following established methods and techniques for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and perform final assembly of small systems.
Conduct basic electrical tests and perform advanced rework or refurbishment on hardware and systems.
Utilize Bills of Material (BOM), work order tracking systems, and inspection tools to ensure accurate production and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Clearance Requirement: Active or recent Secret Clearance required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production.
Proficiency with polarity, inspection criteria, and Bills of Material (BOM).
Experience with measuring equipment and performing mathematical calculations for assembly tasks.
Familiarity with work order tracking management systems.
