Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support F-22 modification efforts at Hickam AFB, Hawaii. The individual will work closely with the F-22 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.
Position Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Hickam AFB, HI.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Preferred but not required.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Shift:
This is a first shift position on-site.

- Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
- Performs inspections on aircraft for modification activities on the F-22 platform
- Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
- Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
- Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
- Documents audit results in standard formats
- Works under general supervision

- 1+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience
- Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

- AS9100 Revision D experience
- DCMA INST 8210 experience
