Description:You will be the PAC-3 Production Operations Sustainment Lead supporting PAC-3 Launcher Maintenance. Our team is responsible for the execution of hardware processing for the Launcher Recapitalization and Contractor Field Support (CFS) Sustainment programs.

What You Will Be Doing
As the PAC-3 Production Operations Launcher Sustainment Lead, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the program, coordinating across multiple manufacturing sites & functions to achieve goals, managing multiple control accounts as a Production Operations Control Account Manager (CAM), and driving process improvements to increase cost competitiveness of the PAC-3 Sustainment program. Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage daily tactical requirements in addition to long-term, strategic efforts to "move the needle" on Production Operations performance
• Establish schedules and IOP to ensure completion of all Launcher Maintenance contracts within period of performance
• Coordinate with shop personnel to establish priorities and manage proper execution to schedule
• Oversee budget and ETC as well as EVM reporting for shop labor and associated support staff
• Identify and lead improvement activities and strategic efforts to better support hardware execution and drive affordability
• Collaborate with LSE and other programmatic functions to align needs and priorities
• Focus on creating an environment that accepts risk, pushes the bounds of manufacturing, implements products that are designed for manufacturing, and creates a seamless transition experience for the production teams.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance
• Production site, shop floor, or other manufacturing experience
• Possess appropriate political acumen to successfully present compelling cases to a variety of customers (Project Office, Program Office, Senior Leadership)
• Demonstrated understanding of production operations skills and processes
Desired Skills:
• Control Account Management Certified
• Ability to work cross functionally with teams of diverse backgrounds, job junctions, and geographic locations
• Strong operating knowledge of SAP/MRO
• Familiarity with Sustainment environments and typical depot-related processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task to achieve results
• Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
