Description:What You Will Be Doing
This position is on the Lockheed Martin Digital Sustainment & Analytics (DSA) teams supporting a wide range of information systems across the globe. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the Logistics Information Systems Sustainment Architecture team as a Project Engineer responsible for, but not limited to:
• Lead, Organize and perform project analysis to define project requirements, tasks, success criteria and milestones
• Perform hands-on data analytics, reporting and integration with business and customer value goals
• Lead & Manage daily/weekly status, project tracking and management activities
• Produce and prioritize workflow tasks, dependencies, and course of actions in agile management tools such as JIRA, GIT, Confluence
• Provide daily direction/leadership to assigned multidiscipline IT analysts, architects and data engineers
• Provide formal weekly and monthly status for assigned projects
• Conduct and support customer/leadership briefings relative to assigned projects, demonstrations and integration events.
• Coordinate the overall integration on new development systems as they transition to sustainment & operations
• Perform continuous improvement integration and reporting into daily tasks & projects
• Provide holistic solutions to issues related to the introduction of new capabilities, evolving dynamic military customer needs and digital transformation
• Considered Subject Matter expert (SME) on military customer's tactical and strategic requirements and decision support data.
• Lead data governance and management across existing and new products
Candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment within various functional areas such as software development, IT system administration, military customer engagement and business management.
Selected candidate must be a U.S Citizen and have a Secret Clearance

Basic Qualifications:
- Active DOD Secret Clearance
- Experience with supply chain management and/or MRO(Maintenance repair and overhaul)
- Experience with military sortie generation and asset repair lifecycles and reporting
- Experience with data drive performance management, reporting, and forecasting
- Experience in Project Management
Desired Skills:
- Masters Degree
- Experience in Data Analytics
- military Leadership Experience
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Self-starter who identifies problems, determines, and acts on courses of action, and escalates to leadership when help, direction or approval is required

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
