Description:We are Lockheed Martin

You will be a Combat Systems Operator/Officer (CSO) for the C-130 Flight Operations team. Our team is responsible for conducting acceptance check flights of newly assembled C-130J aircraft.

We are where the "Rubber meets the Road" for all new C-130J aircraft and capabilities coming out of our Marietta plant.

What You Will Be Doing

As the CSO your responsibilities will include:

• Flight and ground testing of aircraft following systems modifications

• Collaboration with systems, software, and test engineers throughout the modification/upgrade process

• Flight/ground instruction for our customers covering their new aircraft or updated systems

** Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. **

This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline

• Must have at least 1000 hours total flying time as an EWO, Navigator, or CSO with at least 200 hours in any variant of the C-130J

• Current or previously qualified as a C-130J Instructor/Evaluator and experienced teaching avionics systems.

• Current Third Class or higher FAA physical or equivalent or able to obtain within 30 days of hiring.

•Willing to work weekends and perform CONUS and international travel assignments.

•Secret Security Clearance or able to obtain.
Desired Skills:
• Current or previously qualified in the HC/MC-130J as a CSO.
• Current or previously qualified to conduct Functional Check Flight/Acceptance Check Flight (FCF/ACF) operations in the C-130J (any variant).
• Flight test experience.
• Aerial refueling and terrain following experience in the C-130J (any variant).
• C-130 Tactical experience. Link 16/Datalink experience a plus.
• Ten years or more operational experience as an EWO, Navigator or CSO preferably in the C-130J.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
