The Work
This position supports F-35 Training Systems production and sustainment contracts. As a Software Configuration Analyst Senior, you'll lead the team as a subject matter expert in procuring, tracking, and managing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software licenses. Collaborating with system engineering and compliance to ensure affordability while meeting requirements and compliance for our customer's training systems.

As a Member of the Software Configuration Management on the Joint Strike Fighter Training & Logistics program, your mission is to maintain the integrity and traceability of the software released by the program to its customers.

As a Software Configuration Analyst Senior, you will:

• Lead the team in daily operations, ensuring successful delivery and sustainment of contract assets
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on software configuration management, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and industry best practices
• Mentor and train team members on software management processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve software-related issues and ensure seamless integration of software components
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize software management and reduce risk
• Serve as the primary point of contact for software-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders and team members.

The team operates in a software-focused environment where a variety of software tools are employed ranging from MS Office, to the Atlassian suite, to DOORS. Strong computer skills are expected. The tasking of the team varies day-to-day based on program needs, so organization and communication skills are important to ensuring tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.

Note: This position requires on-site presence in the Orlando office to meet client needs. Seeking individuals with the ability to intermittently flex work hours to support program schedules.

Who You Are
You're the key figure in managing hardware/software tracking, leading engineering efforts, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and supporting project activities.

This position will require the selected candidate to have or obtain an Interim Secret level U.S. government security clearance before starting with Lockheed Martin. U.S. citizenship is a requirement for consideration.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience working with Software and Hardware systems
- Experience working with software and hardware bill of material integrated parts list, to assess license quantities and impacts
- Experience with the implementation/utilization of Digital Transformation toolsets and processes
- Experience coaching and influencing technical decisions in a team environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience working and leading in an Agile team environment
- Control Account Manager (CAM) certified.
-Proposal development experience; Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
- Experience in analyzing proposed changes of product design to determine COTS SW licensing impacts to the product baselines
- Experience in 2 or more of the following: SharePoint, JIRA, SAP COS, Microsoft Office Suite, ePDM Windchill, Tableau
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
