USD $170,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.
The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Description
Markon is seeking a Project Specialist to support one of our Intelligence Community customers by analyzing provided data on technology gaps to ensure completeness.
Responsibilities
- Identify internal Agency trends
- Assess alignment of internal agency trends with emerging technology trends, and Distill analysis into key points for an executive-level briefing (Report metrics on readership for program produced documents)
- Publish dashboards for situational awareness of problem data sets and work programs
- Analyze data and produces briefing for program managers
- Develop process maps for problem set and work programs
- Develop and maintain dashboards for new initiatives upon request of the management team
- Provide monthly and misc. metrics reporting at the request of the Agency
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI FSP
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management
- Experience providing guidance on capabilities and functionalities of visualization tools
- Experience creating compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power-Bi, or similar tool
- Creativity and innovation to go beyond current tools to deliver the best solution to complex problems
- Ability to leverage multiple data management tools to organize relevant information and make decisions
- Ability to translate complex, technical findings into an easily understood narrative in graphical, verbal or written form
- Knowledge of data analysis and research design principles
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently
- Excellent time management
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise
- Outstanding coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
