Overview
The Senior Operations Analyst is an experienced Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) analyst in support of the National Guard Bureau's NGB-J39 Director's Group (DG) mission. The DG plans, coordinates, and shares situational awareness to assist joint/interagency mission partners conducting domestic operations. The candidate also manages all correspondence for quality; ensuring content standards are adhered to, and set's appropriate suspense dates for inquiries received from agencies outside the DG Office to include Members of Congress, Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff (JS), Major Commands (MACOMS), Field Operating Agencies (FOA), Direct Reporting Units (DRU) and agencies within the National Capital Region (NCR). The candidate provides task management support for the Joint Staff of the National Guard Bureau, the Chief National Guard Bureau and the 54 States and Territories.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as Senior Staff Analyst for the Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Division
- The Contractor shall create and provide Monthly WMD-CST Post Mission Gap Analysis Report which analyzes all the 57 WMD-CST Post Mission Reports sent to NGB per the PWS
- Create and provide Monthly and Annual Operational Readiness Status Report and the Draft Quarterly NGB-J391 WMD-CST Newsletter per the PWS
- Create and provide a Biannual External Evaluation Trending Analysis Report which analyzes all WMD-CST EXEVALs per the PWS
- Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and attend the 10-day NGB Hosted WMD-CST ATRRS Courses (PCC and CST-Operations Course)
- Manage and attend Civil Support Team Working Group (CSTWG) Commander's Conference / NG CRE Joint Commander's Conference per the PWS
- Manage and provide CSTWG Market Research Logistical Reports for the CSTWG Commander's Conference and of the ALL CSTWG Subgroup Meetings
- Upon request, the Contractor shall attend and participate in Division and Branch Chief Meetings at the TARC or via teleconference for applicable branches to maintain situational awareness within the organization
- Provide any additional reports, updates, summaries and analysis as prescribed in the PWS
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a Department of Defense Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Shall have a degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college
- Shall have four (4) years of DoD or Army regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines experience in National Guard Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent proof-reading reading/attention to detail skills, data base entry abilities.
- Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with a broad range of Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of office machines to print, scan and fax documents.
