Must be willing to undergo a CI polygraph Experience with Node.js with Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch Journeyer or Junior: Possess and applies skills on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Shall possess a minimum 4 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years or a Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category. From a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. (0 to 4 yearsÕ experience with a portion in last 2 years OR a bachelorÕs degree) Mid-Level: Meets all qualifications and skills of a Journeyman plus independently manages multiple complex work assignments with minimal oversight and review. Shall possess a minimum 6 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. In addition, shall possess a degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. (6 Years Exp with portion of experience in last 2 years & a bachelorÕs degree (Possibly 10-year Experience with no degree) Senior: Meets all qualifications and skills of a Mid-Level plus possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Shall possess a minimum of 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. In addition, shall possess a Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 2 years of related senior experience, for a total of 10 years; as a substitute to the Master's degree. (8 Years Exp with portion of experience in last 2 years & a Masters Degree OR 10 Years Exp with a portion of experience in last 2 years & a Bachelors Degree) Expert: Meets all qualifications and skills of a Senior, plus leverages deep subject matter knowledge and experience to lead matrixed teams and deliver complex, cross_ cutting programs. Facilitates collaboration and shares insight with both Government and contractor personnel. Proposes and directs major technology assignments. Coordinates milestones and performance metrics. May supervise others. Shall possess a minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. In addition, shall possess a Master's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 2 years of related senior experience, for a total of 14 years, as a substitute to the MasterÕs degree. Alternatively, if the labor category performs tasks in an emerging field of practice, the Government may waive the education and experience requirements if the Contractor is able to demonstrate industry-leading skills and accomplishments.
