Description
A SharePoint developer designs, develops, maintains, and supports SharePoint websites, customizing them to meet specific business needs using technologies like SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, and C#, and collaborating with other teams.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Customization: The SharePoint developer is responsible for creating and customizing SharePoint sites and applications to meet the specific requirements of an organization.
• Development: They design and develop new SharePoint solutions, including web parts, extensions, automations, power BIs, and integrations with other Microsoft 365 services.
• Maintenance and Support: You will maintain and support SharePoint sites once they are created, addressing issues related to site administration, security, performance, and other technical problems.
• Collaboration: You will collaborate with other team members, including different user groups, to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation of SharePoint solutions.
• Training: You will provide functional training to staff and users on the architecture and functionality of SharePoint sites.
• Skills and Technologies:
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx): A modern client-side development model for building SharePoint solutions.
• JavaScript: A fundamental language for building web applications and web parts in SharePoint.
• C#: A powerful programming language used for building server-side solutions and integrations.
• HTML, CSS, and other web technologies: Essential for creating user interfaces and customizing SharePoint sites.
• Understanding of SharePoint Architecture: A strong understanding of the SharePoint platform and its various components is crucial.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in SharePoint environments.

Technical Environment: Microsoft, Linux, Splunk, Ansible, Tenable, GEMS
Non-negotiable Requirements:
1. Top Secret with investigation current within the last 5 years
2. On-site, no remote
