Overview:
As part of a Professional Services team, you will collaborate efficiently with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. This position requires excellent social skills, leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as configuration and implementation skills. As an Architect resource, you will be responsible for the translation of business requirements into specific process aligned designs for the Teamcenter software solution-based on standard methodologies in the subject area. In this role, you will collaborate well with the customer to support the management of customer expectations and support customer adoption by demonstrating the complete customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- The contractor shall provide a central point of contact for users of Teamcenter involving this developed
functionality to resolve day‐to‐day issues
- Track performance issues and work with Teamcenter core team to resolve
- Assist functional implementation teams to develop or update training materials
- Perform training of users on Teamcenter use and specialized functions for new and recurring users
- Assist functional teams to document requirements and transition manual business processes to
Teamcenter workflows.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university or college, preferably with
software engineering background, Advanced Degree may be substituted for shown experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience
- Multiple years designing Teamcenter or similar customer solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present sophisticated issues to multi-level
audiences and optimally communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external Customers
Security Clearance:
Candidate must be a United States Citizen and obtain interim U.S. Government Secret Security clearance prior to starting.
