Work you'll do
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis at both operational and strategic levels to understand and assess various threats. This includes identifying and describing threat actors, activities, platforms, and targets, as well as understanding their interactions, presence, intent, and capabilities.
  • Communicate your assessments through well-crafted analytic intelligence products and oral briefings. Your work will inform and support decision-making processes at operational and strategic levels.
  • Develop comprehensive threat assessments that provide detailed insights into cyber threats. This involves understanding and analyzing the infrastructure used by cyber criminals and other threat actors.
  • Demonstrate a passion for strategic analysis and report writing, adhering to predefined styles and usage guides to produce high-quality, consistent reports.
  • Use your proficiency in Microsoft Excel to edit and manipulate prewritten formulas, ensuring accurate data retrieval and analysis.
  • Provide generic cybercrime briefings using premade PowerPoint presentations and effectively brief strategic products to executive management.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance to research topics, create strategic products, and inform policymakers about emerging threats within the cyber landscape.

The I&I team supports our GPS clients by delivering capabilities across the investigative lifecycle in the regulatory, civilian, law enforcement, health, and national security domains. Our professionals help our clients to identify, combat, and mitigate national security threats such as fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, cybercrime, threats of terrorism, human trafficking, narcotics trafficking, litigations, and disputes.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP and networking appliances.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn about cyber criminal infrastructure and become a subject matter expert in this area.
  • Passion for strategic analysis and production, with the ability to adhere to a predefined style and usage guide.
  • Ability to take a prewritten formula and edit it to use different cells for data retrieval.
  • Capability to provide a generic cybercrime briefing using a premade PowerPoint presentation and brief strategic products to executive management.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no guidance, conducting research and creating strategic products to inform policymakers about upcoming threats.
  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred:
  • Cyber Intelligence and cyber investigation industry related experience
