Sr. VMware Engineer

Position: Sr VMware Engineer

Location: 100% Remote forever, with occasional trips to Chantilly, VA lab, if /when needed

Clearance requirement: Secret or higher

NOTE: We are looking for a Vmware Engineer to support a large Army voice upgrade project. Voice/Voip skills are not required.

Key Skills:

• VCenter
• Understanding of Vmotion, DRS and Vrealize
• VMWare HA configuration

Preferred skills/NOT required

Ribbon AS, SBC, RAMP, PSX, Analytics (preferred).

Cisco CUCM (plus).

Avaya CM (plus).

DAE Subsystems (ACD, ADAS, TMS, VM) (plus).

Strong VMware experience.

Experience with VMware 6.x and above is preferred.

RedHat Linux (preferred).

Windows Server administration experience (plus).

Network troubleshooting skills.

Experience with Nortel product line due to similarity with planned Ribbon Solution

Understanding of Assured Services SIP

Avaya/Nortel AS 5300 Experience Preferred

DHCP/DNS Configuration

Operating System Deployment, Windows, Linux

Session Border Controller Configuration

Ribbon Analytics and RAMP Experience Preferred

VoIP Phone Deployment
