- An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
- FIVE (5) or more years of experience working in high/fast-paced performing teams in an information technology environment
- Informing employees both domestic and overseas about the requirements associated with acquisition, receipt, use, transfer, or disposition processes for US Government personal property.
- Reporting missing, damaged, or destroyed property and coordinating with the vendor for replacements.
- Conduct physical inventory of assets located across all domestic annexes and conduct monthly spot check inventories.
- Manages the disposal of assets and adheres to NSA disposal guidelines.
- Verifies asset records are accurate and up to date throughout the entire asset lifecycle. Maintaining electronic records of basic information, on hand quantity, and posting references to the Warehouse MS Access database. Maintaining cross-referenced records in hard copy format of transactions recorded against the Issue, Turn-In, Shipment, and Adjustment of Government property inventories.
- Material Management, to include the basic information requirements, receipt/issue, transaction record, inventory, consumption, and final disposition.
- Processing excess domestic equipment as directed by the IMS. Recording and entering updated information into ILMS & CMlite.
- Establish adequate safeguards and controls to ensure that supplies are issued for official use. Maintain warehouse safety standards as directed by the county/Boston Properties
- Require approval of stock replenishment orders; require that excess property at post or from other posts in the geographic area are screened to determine whether the items can be supplied from either of these sources.
- Spare parts in stock are treated as expendable property. A requisition is used to issue parts for vehicles or other equipment.
- Where applicable, used parts are turned in when new parts are issued.
- Used parts not salvageable be disposed of by sale as scrap; and usable parts are added to property records for reissue.
