Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Excellence: Build and refine CI/CD pipelines with Copado, ensuring seamless deployments across environments.
- Salesforce Mastery: Oversee multiple Salesforce orgs, managing sandbox refreshes, data migrations, and environment consistency.
- Automation Guru: Automate manual processes within the Salesforce DevOps lifecycle with custom scripts and Copado flows.
- Problem Solver: Monitor deployments, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Team Player: Work closely with Salesforce admins and developers, providing guidance on Copado best practices.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all releases meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Optimization Pro: Continuously improve deployment strategies for better performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in Salesforce development, administration, or DevOps roles
- 3+ years working in DevOps
- Hands on experience with Copado
- Due to the functions of this role United States Citizenship is required
