Position Responsibilities:
- Complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Utilize Agile Methodologies for software, hardware, system, or process development.
- Develop cost estimates and executing program budgets.
- Manage multiple Technical Instructions (TIs).
Position Requirements:
- Master's level degree in one of the following disciplines: management, engineering, computer science, information systems or business.
- Ten (10) years of professional experience in project management.
- Five (5) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas:
- Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Dept. of the Navy and/or Dept. of Defense programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing cost estimates and executing program budgets
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple Technical Instructions (TIs).
- Demonstrated experience completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile Methodologies for software, hardware, system, or process development.
- Demonstrated experience supporting US Navy shipboard and shore-based installation programs.
- PMP Certification
