Technical Program Analyst TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED

CGI Federal is seeking a Technical Program Analyst (TPA) to support a USG client in the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). The TPA will consult, propose and coordinate on technical operations while providing technical training and acting as a technical referent for collection activities.

This position is located in McLean, VA.



Fonctions et responsabilits:

Perform due diligence in validating a portfolio of technical assets and related support services.
Answer requirements related to cyber/telecommunications networks (ISP and cellular) and wireless/internet protocols.
Operate/ship technical collection equipment and conduct readiness testing for field deployment.
Prepare briefing slides, training material and other technical project deliverables.
Train users with varying levels of technical acumen on technical collection systems.
? Develop and maintain documentation and technical manuals.
? Utilize a variety of client databases and systems.
? Write and coordinate on client communications.



Qualits requises pour russir dans ce rle:

Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM)) and/or five years of Intelligence Community (IC) work experience in relevant technology areas or mission centers.
Experience supporting a fast-paced customer environment and senior leadership along with experience supporting operational elements and multiple customer offices. Previous work in a mission center is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport in a team environment and across organizational boundaries.
Collaboration skills to support relationships with stakeholders to elicit technical requirements and leverage partnerships.
Experience communicating requirements, project status updates and deliverables between technical and non-technical audiences.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to accurately track spending, budgets and perform account management/overview.
Collaborate on logistics and tracking of supplies and communicate with a variety of entities to meet quick turnaround requirements.
Skilled with a variety of computer databases and Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Ability to travel within the WMA and OCONUS in support of field operations.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99,200.00 - $241,600.00.
