As a SOF Operations Integrator, you will support three lines of effort (LOE): 1) Crisis Response, 2) Campaigning, and 3) Exercise Integration. Integrators will conduct planning and provide technical advice on sensitive activities specialized tasks. Integrators are proficient in national level concept plans (CONPLANs) for Crisis Response and the timelines for employment of a National Forces response. You will identify and focus on Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS)/ Ubiquitous Data Collection (UDC) threats, mitigation measures, and development of TTPs ensuring mission success throughout the formations. The intent is to prepare and support the client and its formations with the sensitive activities knowledge to achieve mission success. You will assist with Interagency engagement, conduct professional development within the Anotiva Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to meet client requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience planning and supporting operations at a Combatant Command, Theater Special Operations Command, The Joint Special Operations Command, a CJSOTF, a Regional Task Force (RTF) or other equivalent joint/interagency formation.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, Course of Action (COA) development and Concepts of Operations (CONOP) approval briefings, targeting methodologies, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
- The ability to rapidly learn technical aspects of national policy and operations assuming expertise in other areas such as authorities associated with CONPLANs, OPLANS, and EXORDS.
- Experience working in Cross Functional Teams, Operational Planning Teams, and other groups that aim to bring disparate capabilities together to achieve military effects.
- You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft office tools to include SharePoint and OneNote.
- You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
- 7 years operations and planning experience
- Active TS clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- A practical understanding of the National Defense Strategy that directs Crisis Response, Integrated Deterrence and that aligns EXORDS, CONPLANS, and OPLANS.
- A practical understanding of how the client's Charter and Campaign Plans support Crisis Response and Integrated Deterrence.
- Two years of experience providing operational support to one or more Special Operations Forces (SOF) commands.
- Experience working with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal Law Enforcement/Interagency.
- Working knowledge of USSOCOM, Interagency, and the DOD enterprise.
- Experience in counter proliferation, pathway defeat, counter facilitation, counter-threat finance, or supply chain analysis.
- Certified CAT-1 collector status (ASOT III or non DoD equivalent ie Special Agent)
- Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate degree and five years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience.
