Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides outstanding service to customers/clients, both internal and external.
  • Designs and implements overall recruiting strategy and delivers full life-cycle IT recruiting.
  • Utilizes various sources, such as databases, social media networks, job boards, employee referrals to source and recruit candidates.
  • Leverages external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines.
  • Assists in the development and updating of job requirements, job descriptions and job specifications as needed.
  • Prepares recruitment materials and posts jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, social media platforms, etc.
  • Tracks applicants, interviews, etc. using various internal systems - i.e. ConnectWise and Paylocity.
  • Ensures candidates apply through NTG's Paylocity portal.
  • Ensures all active vacancies are tracked in the ConnectWise system and tickets are updated appropriately.
  • Sources, screens and conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  • Assesses applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes, ensures qualified candidates are thoroughly vetted before submitting for interviews.
  • Coordinates interviews between applicants, department managers and clients; maintains communication with all during the process.
  • Provides timely feedback to candidates.
  • Builds relationships with current clients to potentially earn additional recruiting opportunities for the company.
  • Coordinates and administers testing and assessments to applicants as needed.
  • Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promotes company's reputation and helps build the NTG brand as a "best place to work".
  • Provides weekly status reports.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of proven work experience as a preferably as a recruiter or sales role (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
  • Must have good organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Must be able to work independently and with little supervision.
  • Must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
