FRA, LLC is looking to hire a Utility Janitor to join one of our current contracts. You will be responsible for providing a clean and safe work environment for employees through cleaning, general facilities upkeep, and grounds keeping of designated areas of the site. Responsibilities

  • Cleans designated areas including, but not limited to, radomes, restrooms, public areas, offices, and meeting/conference rooms.
  • Performs tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, and removing and disposing of trash.
  • Reports maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
  • Stocks and maintains supply rooms, as needed.
  • Performs deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: clean under the elevated floors), as needed.
  • Mowing, weed trimming, general upkeep of the grounds as needed.
  • Keeps entrances/exits to facility clean.
  • Parking lot maintenance.
  • Basic office maintenance (hangs signs, pictures, shelving, change light bulbs as need, etc.).
  • Cleans the shop, offices, break room and bathrooms (trash removal, general cleaning, clean toilets, sinks, showers, floors, tables, etc., replace paper towels, hand sanitzer, etc.).
  • Safely operates general cleaning machinery (e.g. buffers, shop vacs, etc.).
  • Other miscellaneous duties, as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School or GED.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • An active Secret security clearance, or higher.
