As an Administration Manager I, you will help steer the course of the administration team by providing guidance, training, and resources to ensure everyone is working at their best. This position will be located in our DC Office and will require travel to interact with the administrative team you will lead.

In this role, you will:
•\tProvide executive-level support to one or more leaders
•\tServe as the go-to person for all things admin, with in-depth knowledge of
all administrative work streams and associated documentation and
training resources
•\tCraft an administration strategic plan that ensures all departmental
initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives
•\tPartner with executive leadership and key functional stakeholders across
the organization to coordinate, implement, and track administrative
projects and continuous improvement initiatives to completion
•\tAct as a critical change agent, identifying areas for improvement and
driving employee implementation of new processes and procedures to
ensure successful adoption
•\tBe a tech wizard who champions innovation, ensuring our team is
leveraging the latest tools and technologies
•\tPotentially provide dedicated administrative support to one of our
executive leaders
•\tBe the glue that holds everything together and allows us to continue to
move forward as a best-in-class support organization

Our team is responsible for government affairs, international strategy, international business, and trade and regulatory compliance. We provide strategic guidance across the organization, helping to find alignment and compliance between SNC and the national security priorities of the U.S. government.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • B.A. (or equivalent degree) and 2 years of relevant administrative work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years' experience managing a small team
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills with personnel at all levels internal and external to an organization, including foreign and military officials
  • Ability to manage complex and dynamic situations, instill collaboration, and drive engagement
  • Strong technical skills with experience leveraging automation and AI to drive efficiencies
  • Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems and manage projects
  • Experience in influencing and developing short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategic objectives and goals
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required


Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Knowledge of the legislative process, stakeholder management, and high-pressure environments
  • Experience providing dedicated administrative support for one or more executive-level leaders, developing goals and objectives, and managing administrative support teams
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, U.S. military, or Department of Defense (DOD) environment with a familiarity of defense, aerospace, intelligence, and adjacent markets
  • Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management systems


SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
