Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Palantir Software Engineers to join our dynamic team and DCSA partners to contribute to the development of the next generation of Palantir. This is an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that will shape the future of data-driven decision-making.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates in the NCR that can commute to Hanover, MD and be on-site 2 days a week.

Salary Range:
$117,000.00 - $210,600.00

What You'll Be Doing:
- Data Integration and Analysis: Develop and maintain robust data integration pipelines and analytical tools to process and analyze large datasets. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security while optimizing performance for real-time data processing and visualization.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and working with large-scale data systems
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Active Secret-level clearance
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics frameworks
