Under the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering (GILE) program, Team V2X will provide: global multi-disciplined engineering; facilities; sustainment and maintenance of non-standard (non-Program of Record) and Program of Record intelligence systems to include the integration of new intelligence technologies and capabilities; Portal management; hardware design and integration; network management; technology development and application; and supply chain/logistics support to INSCOM, U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), Army Intelligence, Joint Forces, Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community (IC). Team V2X will enable INSCOM's mission of anticipating requirements and employing innovative techniques to equip and sustain Soldiers, Civilians, systems, and facilities. As a dedicated partner to INSCOM G4, Team V2X is committed to enhancing readiness as part of Combined, Joint, and IC interdependent teams supporting tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, personnel, ground and aerial intelligence equipment, operation facilities, and infrastructure from multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.
This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a project leader for U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), providing specialized engineering and project planning of military unit stationing projects and programs.
- Presents briefings and studies to senior members of the INSCOM command, and major overseas commanders as required.
- Coordinates stationing action tasks with the INSCOM G4 engineering staff on basing requirements associated with the training, organization, and sustainment of U.S. Army Military Intelligence activities and their related missions.
- Apply technical and/or military knowledge, skills, and experience, along with U.S. Army unique military engineering and intelligence knowledge, skills, and experience acquired during military service and training, to develop stationing program management plans using Microsoft Project software.
- Coordinate with military commander's planning staffs in the theater to develop comprehensive plans to assure the disparate interests and responsibilities of supported and supporting organizations are recognized and included in master plans for relocation and realignment activities.
- Performs critical engineering reviews of Military Construction (MILCON) Project Data submissions, physical security requirements, and remediation programs, as well as master planning for long range facility and information management requirements.
- Participate in technical and senior-level planning liaison between HQ INSCOM G4 and various U.S. Army Major Command Program Management offices, NATO, and other military allies.
- Prepare, review, and present supporting documentation and cost estimates for unit stationing actions required by DoD, Army, and EPA for military construction and facility renovation projects, socioeconomic and demographic studies, environmental documentation, and information management requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest HQDA engineer and force structure management policies to advise, assess, and propose operational and technical recommendations as required.
- Immediately deployable to worldwide locations, in potentially hazardous work environments, to perform QRC / technical support to US forces.
- Able to perform all duties to ensure timely, courteous and quality support to INSCOM or other customers / affiliates.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or related field from an accredited university and 10 years U.S. military or civilian equivalent service as a manager specializing in military plans, stationing projects and operations, master planning, and project development.
Security Clearance Requirement:
- Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
- Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
Experience / Skills:
- Ability to apply acquired historical military knowledge and expertise to ensure that military plans for INSCOM unit and base realignments fully support fielding and integration of the command's intelligence and security systems.
- Experience in the management of an operational military unit / activity or civilian equivalent is required.
- Familiarity with U.S. Army intelligence doctrine and functional experience with combined operations of the various military branches and military occupational specialties preferred.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to include a specific knowledge of technical military writing style and format.
- Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift 50lbs.
