DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Program Manager Training Systems (PM TRASYS) by assisting in the management of programs throughout the acquisition life cycle.
- Execute requirements by performing market research, develop Statement of Work (SOW) and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
- Assist in the preparation of solicitation documents selecting appropriate clauses, ensuring clear and complete specifications, including delivery requirements or other routine supplemental stipulation.
- Monitor contract performances and assists in correspondence, site visits, inspections, and progress reports.
- Develop initial acquisition program documents, prepare Program Management Reviews (PMR) and milestone briefs.
- Chair, coordinate, schedule and attend program IPT meetings.
- Prepare agendas, abbreviated meeting minutes, and presentation materials.
- Collect meeting agendas and post the required items on SharePoint.
- Draft, update and review program briefs, to include Program Management Reviews, Program Objective Memorandum(POM), Quad Chart, and Financial Mid-Year Reviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelors Degree
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must have experience supporting an DoD acquisition program office
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with or knowledge of government contracts and programs is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience is preferred.
- DAWIA Program Management certifications or DAU training certifications
- Exposure/Experience supporting Targets and Range training systems
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to attain a CAC/NACI clearance
