USD $170,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.

Description
Markon is seeking a Project Integrator to support one of our Intelligence Community customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the trilateral partnership between the UK, AU, and USG
- Communicate with partners via 5-eyes classified account
- Distribute correspondence and documentation to external stake holders to facilitate office information flow
- Track and monitor ongoing program activities and various initiatives
- Assist with Action Items, congressional taskers, and data calls
- Write Cables for international activities and travel
- Develop program documentation such as planning documents, board charters, and schedules, tracking action items and developing briefings
- Update and maintain the content management system on SharePoint, the office website, and shared folders. Post announcements and relevant documents
- Work with 13 Management in the planning, coordination, and execution of Problem Set; CEO Summit, Show Case, etc. for the Agency
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI FSP
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting the Agency
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives
- Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently
- Excellent time management
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track customer activities
- Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise
- Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer and external relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple tasks
Salary Range
