Overview

WiSC Enterprises has a potential opening for a Clerical/Administrative Assistant at the Defense Health Agency's Contracting and Acquisition Support Services (CASS) program. This contract has not been awarded and is expected to be awarded in January or February 2025.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide general administrative and clerical support for project tasks, such as technical typing; data entry; filing; scheduling appointments; arranging travel itineraries; maintaining visitor control; and answering telephones.

This is an onsite positions based in the Defense Health Agency's location in Aurora, CO.

Compensation range: $40,000.00/Yr. - $50,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including typing, filing distribution of reports, data entry, and preparation of presentations, meeting scheduling and other administrative duties.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on all matters pertaining to the business rules that guide staffing practices/procedures and provide general rules and guidelines for business functions.
  • Review work products for correctness and adherence to DHA's standards, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare briefings, talking papers and bullet background papers for presentation to senior executive level officials in the military and civilian service. Ensure correctness and adherence to DoD's and DHA's standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare responses to Congressional inquiries. Ensure correctness and adherence to DoD's and DHA's standards, policies, and procedures.


Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • 3 years of experience with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or similar task management system and records management.
  • Possess excellent organization and communications skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience is required.
