Overview
WiSC Enterprises has a potential opening for a Clerical/Administrative Assistant at the Defense Health Agency's Contracting and Acquisition Support Services (CASS) program. This contract has not been awarded and is expected to be awarded in January or February 2025.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide general administrative and clerical support for project tasks, such as technical typing; data entry; filing; scheduling appointments; arranging travel itineraries; maintaining visitor control; and answering telephones.
This is an onsite position based in the Defense Health Agency's location in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support services to the Assistant Director - Support (AD-S), CAE and Deputy CAE, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the AD-S, CAE, and/or Deputy CAE.
- The Administrative Assistant will have the ability to work independently and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Completes a broad range of administrative tasks for the AD-S, CAE, and Deputy CAE including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; assistance with MHS transition activities; composing and proofreading correspondence that are sometimes sensitive in nature; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
- 3 years of experience with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or similar task management system and records management.
- Possess excellent organization and communications skills.
- Microsoft Office experience is required.
