Sr. Product Specialist (ESRI GIS)

Statement of Status: eTRANSERVICES has submitted a bid and is currently awaiting award notification. While the position has not yet been officially confirmed, we are actively preparing to fill the role once the bid is awarded. We are seeking qualified candidates for Senior Specific Product Specialist (ESRI GIS).This job is contingent upon the bid being awarded. Upon award, this is a 5-year contract and starts in March 2025.

Mandatory requirements
 Certificate in Geographic Information Systems

Required:

 3 years Experience using ArcGIS Pro software for data management, maintenance, and analysis
 Experience using ArcMap extensions particularly Spatial Analyst and 3D Analyst
 Experience in data management using ArcSDE
 Experience administering an ArcSDE database
 Experience using SDSFIE data standards (version 2 or above) for data management
 Experience using scripts and model building in ArcMap and/or ArcServer to automate or customize ArcGIS Pro processes
 2 years Experience to include data migration from other geospatial data sources such as AutoCAD, Microstation, LiDAR, or other remote sensing data work.
 Experience to include acquiring and integrating data through the use of Global Positioning Technology (preferably Trimble) or related mobile technologies.
 Demonstrated experience applicable to the Army environment in complex data editing, data modeling, data analysis, scripting (including web map scripting), and GIS system performance enhancements.

Not mandatory but preferred
 Esri Technical Certification (ArcGIS)
 ArcGIS Desktop Associate/Professional
 ArcGIS Enterprise Associate/Professional (focuses on server-based GIS solutions)
 ArcGIS Developer (focuses on developing custom applications using ArcGIS
