Tygart is currently seeking an experienced Executive VTC Technician to support telecommunications initiatives for a Department of Justice (DoJ) customer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining VTC infrastructure devices. A current Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Administer VTC systems, including updates, changes, audit reporting, and operating procedures.
Provide Tier 3 user support and system coordination.
Offer Tier 2-3 VTC support, including call scheduling, remote conference facilitation, and streaming support.
Coordinate scheduling and support for inter-agency conferences and telephone devices. Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 issues.
Provide Tier 2 support for Unified Communications (UC), Desktop Environment (DTE), and integrated conference activities.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A current Top Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of experience operating and maintaining VTC infrastructure devices. Experience providing executive-level support is preferred.
Proficiency with Windows Office 2013, Windows 7, and newer versions of Windows operating systems.
Ability to travel to locations for system installations and troubleshooting as needed.
Strong ability to work under pressure with excellent oral and written communication skills, along with exceptional organizational skills.
