You will be a Hardware Quality CMM Programmer for our team in Chelmsford, MA, supporting our cutting-edge manufacturing operations. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for hardware used in sophisticated missile systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Hardware Quality CMM Programmer, you will tackle complex technical challenges and deliver highly innovative and effective solutions. You will act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of quality inspections and supporting processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Tackling complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions
• Acting independently to identify and resolve issues related to the development and implementation of quality inspections and manufacturing processes
• Serving as a subject matter expert, demonstrating exceptional ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness
• Contributing to advancing industry knowledge by developing new inspection methods and processes
• Participating in teams to accomplish long-range objectives and support business capture efforts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineers, CMM operators, production personnel, program management, design engineers, and process improvement specialists
• Staying current with industry best practices and represent the company at relevant conferences

Chelmsford, a charming suburb 25 miles northwest of Boston, is near Lowell, Nashua, and offers easy access to New Hampshire's White Mountains and coastal towns of MA and NH. The area features New England charm, top schools, shopping, and dining. Chelmsford is rich in history, dating back to colonial times and the Revolutionary War. Boston is a 30-minute drive away, Cape Cod is 90 minutes, and New York City is about 4.5 hours away. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. An interim secret clearance or higher is required prior to start.
CMM programming (Calypso, Modus or similar software).
Knowledge of AS9100D Quality Systems.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced Mechanical Inspection and GD&T skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience with laser and vision inspection methods, inspection process development, and troubleshooting CMMs.
Familiarity with open set-up inspection techniques.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
