Mayvin is currently seeking experienced applicants to join our corporate team as a Recruiter. The position requires the ability to manage the recruiting life-cycle (from sourcing to offer generation) for staffing cleared individuals and critical positions. This position may not require re-location and will be based in Fayetteville, NC.

Must be a U.S. citizen to be considered for this position.

Must submit to a background investigation and be eligible for or have a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Recruiting, Human Resources, Program Manager and Executives to develop strategic sourcing strategies targeting cleared technical professionals (active and passive job seekers). Partner with Recruiting and Hiring Managers to identify key requirements for each role
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for positions
  • Build a continuous candidate pipeline and create leads through various sourcing methods
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified candidates
  • Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings-submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
  • Utilize Lead Source Analysis tools to develop key recruiting strategies
  • Utilize diverse channels of digital and social media sites for recruitment
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build and identify networks through industry groups and contacts, association memberships and current employees to identify qualified candidates and expand our talent pipeline
  • Maintain accurate reporting and fully utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom)
  • In this position you will be talking to potential candidates about their career goals and the opportunity with our company. You will be on the phone up to 80% of your day
  • Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, sourcing techniques, time to fill metrics and quality of hires
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external "customers"
  • Able to work extended hours, any shift, or weekends as required
  • Support proposal efforts by identifying and sourcing contingent key personnel


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited institution is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of successful full life-cycle, cleared recruiting experience for Federal Government & DOD customers.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working with Special Missions units required
  • Applicants must be located within 50 miles of Fort Liberty.
  • Superior, demonstrated ability to work alone and in a telecommute environment. Remote working.
  • Experience with advanced and non-traditional search and sourcing techniques to uncover talent
  • A working knowledge of general HR concepts, practices, laws and procedures preferred
  • Knowledge of compensation strategies and ability to read and interpret compensation data required
  • Must be able to manage applicants through an applicant tracking system, maintain confidentiality, and have high ethical standards
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to overcome obstacles
  • Must be able to communicate in a professional manner (written and verbal), demonstrate strong organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to read, interpret, and analyze program Statements of Work (SOW) for understanding position related qualifications and environments
  • Strong organization skills, must be able to multi-task and manage several priorities and assignments at one time
  • Responsible for following and ensuring compliance with all related company policies, procedures, and government compliance
  • Ability to sustain a sense of urgency with each sourcing request
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results (strong submittal to interview/hire ratios)
  • Proven skill in networking and developing relationships
  • Strong computer skills to include ATS experience, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Collaborative personality, able to work autonomously and/or with a team
